Established in 2002, the CSN operates within the not-for-profit/ charity sector and is funded through the Crime & Disorder Team (Neighbourhood Renewal Fund), and Community Network for Manchester (Safer Stronger Communities Fund). Our role is to provide a mechanism for the Voluntary and Community sector to engage with the Crime & Disorder Reduction Strategy and Manchester Partnership and help co-ordinate the response of our members to various strategies.
