Start helps people to improve, maintain and protect their mental well-being through art and gardening.
They have studios in ceramics, horticulture, photography, textiles, mosaics and painting and drawing.
Access is through community mental health teams.
Sessions run continuously, helping people to use creative activities in recovery and self management.
An exhibition programme for health promotion work for general public, aims to reduce stigma and to encourage people to look after their mental well-being.
